The technical organisation of this service is provided by the JULIÀ TRAVEL, SL travel agency, with identifying code CICMA-659 and fiscal identification number B29045895. Its address is C/ Pablo Iglesias, 84, 08908 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona and its website is www.juliatravel.com, which it owns. This tourist service is subject to the stipulations contained in Royal Decree 319/1990 of 21 December, which regulates the transportation of passengers by road on powered vehicles, Chapter IV, in Decree 168/1994 of 30 May on the regulation of travel agencies, and in Regulation 21/1995 of 6 July, on combined trips, and in all other relevant regulations.

Holders of a ticket that entitles the use of the service implies the client’s participation in this contract. The organiser’s acceptance of these conditions is demonstrated through its public offer and by putting forth these general terms of the contract.

The visits and excursions shown herein do not include any type of additional service apart from those shown in the programme. The price of the trip was calculated based on exchange rates, transportation fares, fuel costs, fees for guides, admission costs to museums and taxes applicable on the date the programme was published. Any change to the price of the aforementioned elements could affect the final price. Any consumer that has contracted the service shall be notified of this change and may cancel the service at no cost or accept the change to the contract. Published prices include the applicable VAT and are, along with the hours of operation and itineraries, subject to change due to force majeure or due cause. The realisation of the trip is contingent upon having a minimum number of participants. Cancellations are subject to the following fees: 25% (4 days before), 50% (3 days), 75% (2 days). Cancellations one day prior or missing the excursion shall result in the forfeiture of the full ticket price.

Clients must adhere to the following safety regulations: Remain seated while the bus is moving; do not try to access or exit a moving vehicle; do not smoke, drink or eat inside the vehicle; obey the instructions of the guide, chaperone and driver, all of whom are sufficiently qualified to make changes as required by circumstances; do not transport animals onboard.

Leaving or becoming detached from the group for causes not attributable to the organisation shall not be grounds for compensation. The organiser is not liable for delays, losses, accidents or damage of any type resulting from circumstances beyond its responsibility or outside its organisational scope. Registering for any of these excursions implies conformity with and acceptance of these conditions. The organisation expressly manifests its refusal to submit to a court of arbitration for transportation for any question stemming from the existence of this contract, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
