- In case of cancellation due to meteorological causes, an alternative day will be offered to the client, if this is not possible, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the Maritime Authority prohibits navigation due to adverse weather conditions, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered, respecting third-party cancellation policies (F&B).
- If AC suspends the regattas due to lack of wind and/or conditions that prevent the competition but allows the follow boats to sail, the client will be offered to enjoy the event at sea or a 50% refund, respecting third-party policies (F&B).
- If the regattas are suspended after setting sail, no refund will be provided. Clients will be offered to continue sailing. If they choose to return to port, no refund will be given.

- In case a regatta is not held due to competition reasons (such as lack of wind), every effort will be made to carry out the activity at sea. No refunds will be issued for this reason, but an alternative will always be offered to enjoy the day at sea.
