Palau de la Música Catalana, located in the well-known district of La Ribera, is one of the greatest exponents of Catalan modernism. Built by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, this majestic building was inaugurated in 1908 and declared a World Heritge Site by UNESCO in 1997.
