- Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
- The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.
- There is no luggage storage service available.
- Access staff may request official documentation verifying children’s age (ID card, passport, etc.). If not presented, payment of the price difference to the adult rate may be required
